MEET OUR PASTOR
Pastor Leona Burney Cromartie is the Pastor and Founder of New Beginnings Holiness Church of Clarkton NC. She is a native of the Porterville Community in Clarkton NC. She is the 3rd oldest daughter of the late Luther James Burney and the late Mandy Lee Jacobs Burney. She is married to Brother John Harold Cromartie. She is the mother of one son, John Lamont Cromartie and many other spiritual sons and daughters.
Pastor Cromartie is a graduate of Clarkton High School of Clarkton NC. She has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Mount Olive University of Mount Olive NC.
Pastor Cromartie was called into Ministry as a Missionary in 1980. She was licensed as an Evangelist by Pastor Luel Campbell in 1991. She participated as an active member during her tenure at Truevine Holiness Church functioning as a Sunday School Teacher and Evangelist, before answering the call of Pastor & Founder of New Beginnings Holiness Church Inc.
Pastor Cromartie is a teacher of faith with the belief that everyone professing the name of Christ should live a Holy life before Him. Hebrews 12:14 "Holiness without no man shall see the Lord." She is a firm believer that prayer is the key and faith unlocks the door. New Beginnings Holiness Church is nothing short of blessed to be under the leadership of Pastor Leona B. Cromartie.
